Frequently asked questions
What happens when my plan expires?
Your private exams, invitations and results are kept. New attempts on private exams cannot be started until you renew. Public exams keep working on the free plan.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Business?
Yes. The Business plan starts immediately with a new billing period. Buying the same plan again extends your current period.
Do participants pay anything?
No. Participants always take exams for free — only the exam author needs a plan for invitation-only exams.
